Prima D3

The main request was to fit 2 bedrooms into the apartment, with the option to set aside a small lounge area with a sofa and a TV, and also to provide two wardrobes and separate bathrooms.

In terms of atmosphere and color, the client was oriented toward modernity, lightness and softness — but at the same time gave carte blanche to work with contrasting colors in the bathrooms, to make these rooms intimate and private.

The palette is based on gray shades of the walls with a green undertone in places — the palette was selected from the Benjamin Moore catalog. Since the windows belong to the main rooms, mirrors took on a key role in the project: they visually expand the space and add light, and in the evening they create a play of reflections — the shadows and lights of the city overlay the wall painting, forming a single symbiosis of decor and lighting.

About the project

Hallway and living room: the zoning partition between these rooms is not just a decorative element, but a complex structure with built-in pull-out drawers for storing small items.

The finish uses different marble textures in porcelain stoneware; special attention is paid to the furniture and textile details.

Living room

A sleeping and relaxation area with access to a private loggia, plus a dedicated space for the wardrobe owner: a full-length moon-shaped mirror and a makeup station featuring drawers for jewelry and cosmetics.

The loggias have been freed from storage duties and transformed into relaxation zones—a place to watch sunsets and enjoy views of the Minsk Sea.

The finishes incorporate a marble-effect porcelain tile—a choice that echoes the apartment’s overall color palette, which is at once understated and rich in texture.

Are done in a contrasting, bolder palette — intimate and private in mood, unlike the other rooms of the apartment.
